Indications:

The vaccine is applied to pregnant cows against calf diarrhea caused by Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli. The vaccine does not apply to calves.

Administration and Dosage:

  • The vaccine is applied three times as 5, 7.5 and 10 ml to pregnant animals at 1.5 - 2 month to born with interval one week by subcutaneous way.
  • The vaccine bottle should be strongly mixed before use.
  • The applicator should observe rules of asepsis and antisepsis.

Side Effects:

Light swelling can be seen at injection site of some animals. If anaphylac­tic reactions occur in hypersensitive animals, it should be under controll with preparations of antiallergic, antiadrenergic and antihistaminic

Storage Conditions:

The vaccine is stored in dark environment at 2 °C to 8 °C. Do not freeze. Presentation:

The vaccine is packed in glass bottles of 50 and 100 ml volume. Destruction Conditions:

The vaccine is autoclaved without open the contents at 121 °C for 30 minutes or in incinerator.
